Happy Friday!
This has been a week, hasn’t it?
I thought it was about time to write down some updates on my #the100daysproject(s). Because I cannot do anything simply. Well, at least when I start.
#100daysofskTBRpile
Attacking my To Be Read (tbr) pile for the beginning of the summer seemed like a GREAT idea at the time.
Here’s a little reminder of my goals:
Piece of cake, right?
Ha!
The only book I have completely read from the list is NOT EVEN IN THE PHOTO.
So, yes. I read Caraval and LOVED it. I’ll be publishing my book review on this soon. Don’t want to rush into anything. {facepalm x2}
In my own defense, I have reread a couple of books in this time period, because why read the ones you don’t know how they are going to end or make you feel? [Of note: Caraval made me cry. That stupid/amazing book!]
Here are the five books that I am in the middle of reading (or have at least opened):
Chasing Slow by Erin Loechner
The Husband Project by Kathi Lipp
Wired for Story by Lisa Cron
The Best Yes by Lisa Terkeurst
The Zookeeper’s Wife by Diane Ackerman

I also had to create a second 100 days’ project, because, of course I did.
So I purchased these writing worksheets from Ensign Insights and I LOVE them! I found Sarah through instagram and her feed is so fun to watch. I HIGHLY recommend it.
Specifically, I purchased her Large Brush Pens Bundle, because I already had a Tombow Dual Brush Pen set.

This is a pile of days 1 – 62
I HAVE been actively practicing and I have learned that “bouncy letters” do not come naturally to me. I can make it work, but my brain and my hand want things to be in an orderly line… or something like that.
I have also created a lettering piece of my own. NOT my own words, but I wrote it down.
So, there are a few updates of things I’ve been working on.
Have a great weekend!
