I’m back with another song that has been stuck in my head/speaking to me lately.

This song has gotten me through a couple of pretty tough months. It’s upbeat and pop-y energy is great when your day JUST. SUCKS. But, perhaps we can realize that it sucks just a little less right now.

Then there are the times and the people who just want you to buck-up, put a smile on.

You can do it!

But then are mad at you that your smile is only on the surface.

No, Kristen, I can’t just BE happy. It’s not that easy.

In the end, it’s not always trying for happiness and bliss. Maybe just aim for less terrible.
