
Last summer I shared our favorite summertime drinks.
While these are still favorites around here and, I think *runs to pantry to check* – yep, we still have each of these stocked in our house, over the past year sometimes I just don’t want a strongly carbonated drink. Particularly in the evening, I don’t want anything too fizzy as it makes me bloated and uncomfortable to sleep. #tmi
Instead, I’ve been wanting things like the cocktails I’ll be sharing below. They are all fairly quick and simple to make when you have the supplies on hand.

so if you choose to partake it any type of alcoholic drink, please do so safely.

Michelada

2 oz. Clamato juice (tomato juice with clam juice and delicious seasonings)
Juice of 1 Lime (roughly 1 oz.)
2 – 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
12 oz. beer of choice (MyHusband prefers Dos Equis)
Tajin
Lime wedge for garnish
- Rim pint glass with Tajin.
- Pour Clamato juice, lime juice, and Worcestershire sauce into glass.
- Slowly pour in beer.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
- Enjoy.
Casa Bella

1 oz. tequila
1 oz. lime juice
½ oz. agave nectar
4 oz. prosecco
Tajin
Lime wedge
- Rim glass with Tajin.
- Pour tequila, lime juice, and agave into glass.
- Slowly top with prosecco.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
- Enjoy.
Italian Soda

½ oz. limoncello
1 oz. lemon vodka
1 oz. lemon juice
½ oz. basil simple syrup
Club soda
1 fresh basil leaf
1 lemon wedge
- Pour limoncello, vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup into glass.
- Slap or snap basil leaf and add to glass.
- Slowly top with club soda.
- Garnish with lemon wedge.
- Enjoy.
Honorable Mention
Vodka Sunrise
1 oz. vodka
6 oz. orange juice
1 oz. grenadine syrup
- Pour vodka into glass.
- Add orange juice.
- Top with granadine.
- Enjoy!
